In 2016, Belle transitioned into the work-from-home landscape, taking on a key role within the logistics team of an Australian logistics company—where she played an integral part in managing operations, streamlining systems, and supporting remote teams with precision and efficiency.
Today, Belle is a proud member of the Gene Frederick Organization’s support team, where she has served for the past five years, helping streamline operations, support growth initiatives, and ensure the organization’s mission of empowering agents worldwide runs seamlessly.
