With a strong background in leadership, systems, and client support, GT Cadiz plays an integral role in the Gene Frederick Organization’s Onboarding Team, providing essential backend and operational support to agents and leadership across the network.
Before joining the organization, GT spent over seven years in the contact center industry, where he was part of the management team leading up to 30 agents across both sales and financial lines of business. His experience in people management, quality assurance, and process optimization laid the groundwork for his future in virtual operations.
In 2014, GT transitioned to the work-from-home landscape, initially working for an Australian logistics company for three years, where he gained extensive experience in remote team coordination and workflow management. He then served as part of the recruitment management team for a virtual assistant company in the Philippines from 2017 to 2020, helping build and develop high-performing remote teams.
Since 2020, GT has been dedicated to supporting the Gene Frederick Organization, assisting agents, leaders, and onboarding systems with precision and care. His combination of technical skill, operational discipline, and people-centered approach continues to make him a valued member of the organization’s support team.
