In 2020, Jean took on an expanded role as Executive Assistant to Nicole Rouseau, overseeing daily operations, calendar and event management, and strategic coordination for one of eXp’s top growth leaders. She also serves as the organization’s Onboarding Manager, guiding new agents through a seamless transition process and supporting their integration into one of the largest and most dynamic real estate networks in the world.
