After beginning in sales, she joined Gene and Susan Frederick in leading one of the largest offices within their franchise.

As a Team Leader, Kathy saw a growing need for stronger compliance and risk-management support across the industry. Drawing on her passion for clear communication and effective problem-solving, she launched her own compliance-focused business within the franchise. This ultimately led to her becoming the Broker of Record for multiple offices and more than 3,000 agents, guiding professionals and brokerages through complex issues with confidence and care.

When Gene made the visionary decision to join eXp Realty, he encouraged Kathy to step into the role of Vice President of Brokerage Operations. She also served as the Texas State Broker before Gene once again recruited her—this time to manage both his and Susan’s professional and personal business.
